Who we're looking to bring on.
We hire across the full construction operation — field crews, project management, estimating, and client-facing coordination. Trade experience matters, but so does your attitude toward the work, your reliability, and your ability to communicate when things go wrong on a job.
We also hire for administrative and operations roles that keep projects running without chaos. If you can manage complexity, track details under pressure, and communicate clearly — there's a place for you here.

Small issues become expensive ones when people stay quiet. If you see something wrong — on the plans, on the site, with a sub — you say it fast.

You earn what
you produce. Full stop.
These are 1099 independent contractor roles. There is no base salary, no hourly floor, and no guaranteed income. Compensation is structured per project — tied to scope, contribution, and delivery. If you perform, you earn. If you don't, there's nothing to fall back on.
1099 / Independent Contractor
You operate independently within our system. No micromanagement, no hand-holding — you are responsible for execution.
Per-Project & Profit-Based
Compensation is scoped per engagement — typically a percentage of project value or profit, based on role, responsibility, and results. Strong work on good projects pays well.
Growth for High Performers
As we scale, high performers get first access to larger projects, repeat work, and expanded responsibility. We build around people who consistently execute.
