KeanEye Construction · Florida

We build structures
that build lives.
Are you built for this team?

KeanEye Construction is based in Gainesville and expanding across Florida. We run tight operations, hold high standards, and build things meant to last. If you want a place where the work matters and your performance shows — keep reading.

We don't just finish projects.
We build a reputation, one job at a time.

KeanEye Construction exists to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at a quality level that reflects well on everyone who touched them. That requires people who take ownership — not employees waiting to be told what to do next.

"The people we want on a job site don't cut corners when no one is watching. That's the whole point."

We operate across new construction, renovations, and project coordination. Every role on this team — from field to office — contributes to how we're perceived in this market. We're building something long-term. The people on this team need to be built the same way.

Who we're looking to bring on.

We hire across the full construction operation — field crews, project management, estimating, and client-facing coordination. Trade experience matters, but so does your attitude toward the work, your reliability, and your ability to communicate when things go wrong on a job.

We also hire for administrative and operations roles that keep projects running without chaos. If you can manage complexity, track details under pressure, and communicate clearly — there's a place for you here.

The standard is built in.

These aren't rules we post and forget. This is how people on this team actually operate.

01

You show up ready

On time, prepared, and clear on what needs to happen that day. Every day on a job site is somebody's money and somebody's deadline.

02

You own the quality of your work

You don't wait to be inspected. You hold yourself to a standard before anyone else checks. Rework is expensive — pride prevents it.

03

You flag problems early

Small issues become expensive ones when people stay quiet. If you see something wrong — on the plans, on the site, with a sub — you say it fast.

04

You manage the unexpected without drama

Weather changes. Materials are late. Inspections fail. You adapt, communicate, and keep the project moving — not stall and complain.

05

You respect the job site

Safety, cleanliness, and professionalism are not optional. How a job site looks reflects how the team operates. We take that seriously.

06

You build for the long game

We're not cutting corners to make a schedule. Everything we build has our name on it. You either care about that or you don't belong here.

You earn what
you produce. Full stop.

These are 1099 independent contractor roles. There is no base salary, no hourly floor, and no guaranteed income. Compensation is structured per project — tied to scope, contribution, and delivery. If you perform, you earn. If you don't, there's nothing to fall back on.

Structure

1099 / Independent Contractor

You operate independently within our system. No micromanagement, no hand-holding — you are responsible for execution.

How you earn

Per-Project & Profit-Based

Compensation is scoped per engagement — typically a percentage of project value or profit, based on role, responsibility, and results. Strong work on good projects pays well.

Long-term

Growth for High Performers

As we scale, high performers get first access to larger projects, repeat work, and expanded responsibility. We build around people who consistently execute.

This is not a fit for everyone — by design. If you need a fixed paycheck and predictable schedule to feel secure, this isn't the right role. This opportunity is built for people who would rather control their income than be capped by it. The ceiling is high. The floor is yours to build.
